We are a dedicated group of environmental organisations, community volunteers, scientists, and activists who care deeply about our wildlife, coast and countryside.
Although each of the member groups carry out their own distinctive work, we also join together collaboratively in a number of ways that maximise the benefits to Cornwall and have positive impacts across a much wider area.
If you’re interested in helping us tackle plastic pollution, aid environmental conservation, carry out citizen science research, or deliver community education work then read on!
Puzzled By Plastics Event
On 14th March 2020 the CPPC will be taking part in a multi-agency ‘Puzzled By Plastics’ event to highlight the effects of plastic in our lives, and in our environment. The Puzzled by Plastics is a free, fun, family-friendly day.
There will be activities, science experiments, displays, games, demonstrations and information. There will also be a special display of the 1997 container spill Lego which is being found by our members.
